Worn power supply unit repaired
Here, our electronics specialist has an internal power supply unit of an oscilloscope on the repair table. Certain components were worn due to age and had to be replaced. The power supply unit was then reinstalled in the device and extensive test measurements were carried out.

Short circuit passé
We received an S346 servo amplifier from Kollmorgen for repair. The circuit board was irreparably damaged due to a short circuit in the brake control (picture above). Our electronics technician replaced the circuit board and then carried out an endurance test to confirm functionality. After passing the test, the servo amplifier is sent back to the customer.

Troubleshooting
Our customer's MicroPlex industrial printer issues an error. The task of our electronics engineer is to find the reason for the error message. After successfully eliminating the cause of the error, the printer is tested and delivered safely packaged to the customer.

Many resistors
Steady hands are needed here: on this test board for solar modules, a total of 36 incorrectly fitted SMD resistors have been reset by our specialist.

Input and output interface
The keyboard foil on this Siemens operator panel COROS OP15 was worn and the display had developed pixel errors. We replaced the display and front film and after successfully passing the endurance test, the panel can remain in operation.
